A deep golden brew from wild trees untouched by modern cultivation. Naturally sweet, with a clear golden cup. Brewed 20+ times from a single session. Our producer's family name is "Pu", the Pu of Pu'erh, ancestral to all tea.
Brewing guide
3–4g for one person · 5–6g for two · 6–7g for more
Rinse first: water off the boil, poured in beside the leaves, 10 seconds, then off. Rinsing the night before your first morning brew gives amazing results.
First brew 50–60 seconds, second 90 seconds, then add 20–30 seconds with each brew.
This one is strong — white tea carries the most caffeine — and a single session can run to 20 brews.
Best in the smallest teapot you have, poured into small cups — preheat the cups with hot water so the tea doesn't cool too fast.
