About
A wild, mistletoe-like plant that grows only on very old tea trees in Jingmai, Yunnan. Its twig-like "crab legs" grow slowly and are picked by hand. It has been among Yunnan's most sought-after rarities for centuries.
Brewing guide

Steep 3g of tea in water at 90–95°C.

Infuse 20 seconds in a 150–200ml vessel.

Add 10 seconds with each steeping, and savour.
