About
A parasitic vine that grows only on the most ancient tea trees, its twig-like "crab legs" harvested by hand. The brew is exceptionally clean and mineral, faintly sweet. It has been among Yunnan's most sought-after rarities for centuries.
Brewing guide

Steep 3g of tea in water at 90–95°C.

Infuse 20 seconds in a 150–200ml vessel.

Add 10 seconds with each steeping, and savour.
